Students residing in the St. Marys, Ridgway, Johnsonburg, and Cameron County School Districts are eligible for bus transportation to ECCSS.

At SMCMS, we provide a nurturing, faith-filled environment where students are known, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Through engaging academics, meaningful service opportunities, extracurricular activities, and a strong Catholic foundation, we help students build the confidence, skills, and values they need to succeed in high school and beyond.


With an average class size of approximately 12 students, our teachers are able to build meaningful relationships with students while providing individualized attention and support.

Academic Information

Student progress is measured through classroom assessments, teacher observations, and standardized testing. These assessments help guide instruction and ensure students continue to grow academically.

Technology

Every middle school student is provided with a school-issued Chromebook, giving them access to digital learning tools, educational resources, and collaborative classroom experiences. Our 1:1 Chromebook program enhances instruction, promotes creativity and critical thinking, and helps students build the technology skills needed for success in high school and beyond.


Middle School Electives 

Students have the opportunity to explore their interests through a variety of elective courses that complement their core academic classes. Electives encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on learning while helping students discover new talents and passions.
