Middle School Matriculation:
Because of the school closure, we have planned a virtual matriculation ceremony that will be broadcast over our ECC TV YouTube channel and over our Zito Media Channel. The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 27 at 7 p.m.
The ceremony will consist of a:
Prayer Service led by the members of the 8th grade class
Announcement of scholarship winners
Presentation of the members of the 8th grade class of 2020
Messages to the 8th grade class from the faculty of SMCMS
Collection of Textbooks and other Loaned Technology for Students in Grades 6-11:
On Wednesday, May 27 and Thursday, May 28, students will be reporting to school at a scheduled time to drop off textbooks and school issued materials and also to clean out student lockers.
In order to be in compliance with state and CDC guidelines, please plan for the following when reporting on this dates.
Students must schedule a time to report, on Tuesday, May 19, students and parents received a link in order to schedule a time to drop off items and clean out lockers. Scheduling a time will help us to have less than 25 individuals in the building at any given time.
Students will need to wear a mask while in the school building and practice proper social distancing.
Please note, iPads for students in grades 9-11 will NOT need to be collected at the end of the school year.
