Monday’s Alumni Spotlight is Abbi Petrosky!
Abbi is a 2012 ECCHS Grad. and currently resides in Warren, PA.
Abbi received a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Science in Sports Management, Strategic Sport Analysis from California University of Pennsylvania.
She currently is working as the Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for the Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC) – A new two-year college in nine counties of northwestern Pennsylvania that provides affordable and accessible post-secondary education by partnering with community locations to deliver course instruction. NPRC is actively pursuing regional accreditation.
“For a lot of my time after high school I never really took the time to admire the journey I’ve taken to be where I am today,” said Abbi. “As I started to reflect, ECC is where I began to find my voice and it is the place where I always credit those who helped me begin to break through a very difficult time in my life. The teachers and coaches truly cared about their students and preparing them for long-term success in life and academics. I’m grateful for the opportunities I had to explore my faith and I look forward to seeing my sister, a soon-to-be freshman at ECC, grow in her faith over the next four years.”
