SAINT MARYS CATHOLIC MIDDLE SCHOOL HOLDS END OF YEAR WORSHIP SERVICE FOR THE CLASS OF 2020

On Wednesday evening, July 22, eighth graders from the Saint Marys Catholic Middle School held an end of year worship service at the ECC Auditorium. The evening began with a student led prayer service that included a candle lighting ceremony, scripture readings, petitions and a promise for the future.

Following the opening prayers, the Presidential Awards for Effort and Achievement, and the Living the Spirit Awards were announced. The program continued with the announcement of scholarship winners and the presentation of certificates of achievement for the members of the SMCMS Class of 2020.

The program concluded with some remarks from John Schneider, SMCMS principal and a student led prayer.

Families of the 8th grade class were in attendance and followed physical distancing protocols.
