On Wednesday, August 30, Fr. Eric said one final school Mass for the students and faculty at SMCES before departing for his new assignment in Virginia Beach. Following Mass, the students presented him with a poster of well wishes that included the signatures of all the students in the school. The students then lined up for “good luck” hugs, handshakes and high-fives.
Thank you for all you’ve done for our community over the years, Padre!! We wish you all the best. “It’s not ‘goodbye’, it’s ‘see ya later!'”
