The Class of 2018 participated in their Senior Retreat this past weekend, and it began on Sunday evening at St. Boniface in Kersey. The students helped with some service projects around the grounds of the parish, and later enjoyed a meal prepared by Fr. Ross. The newest member of the school system’s Campus Ministry Department was also introduced – Mr. Luke Daghir! The seniors then received their senior t-shirts. The design/theme of the shirts – Ablaze – was inspired by the high school’s summer reading book.

On Monday morning, the class visited the cross in Benezette and then traveled to Parker Dam, where the students spent some time cleaning up the park’s grounds. A new addition to the retreat this year was adoration on the Park’s beach, which was very cool according to those who experienced it first-hand!

The class had a great two days of bonding. We are all praying for you in your final months of high school! Have a great year, seniors!
