Please join us for the 2017 ECCSS Information Night and Packet Pick-Up on Thursday, August 10 at 6:00 p.m. at Queen of the World Church and the St. Marys Catholic Elementary School Cafeteria – Please note the new location!
This program is for parents and students of Elk County Catholic High School, St. Marys Catholic Middle School, and St. Marys Catholic Elementary School.
There will be a brief informational program on topics of importance for the 2017-18 school year. Beginning-of-the-year packets can be picked up in the SMCES cafeteria following the program.
Tuition arrangements must be made prior to the program in order to pick up your family’s packet. There will be an Open House at St. Marys Catholic Elementary following the program.
For families that cannot attend the Information Night, packets can be picked up in the school office beginning on Friday, August 11.
Middle School Parents and Students:
An Open School will be held Sunday, August 20 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. in order to help middle school students find classrooms and lockers. Sixth-grade students will have a complete orientation to the middle school when they arrive on August 24.
High School Parents and Students:
Orientation for freshmen and transfer students will be held on Thursday, August 17 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
