Hello! I hope you are having a great summer.

I am contacting you to invite you to Mass. And not just you. Everyone in the ECCSS community. At your parish!

I am calling this a Mass Mob. It’s based on Flash Mobs, which were popular a while back. Maybe you have seen how it works; a group of people use technology to set a time and place to meet. And then… meet there. I figure what better place to meet than at church, and what better to do than celebrate a daily Mass at all of our contributing parishes.

I know summer is a busy time, but if you are available please consider at least attending at your home parish. And you should definitely feel free to attend more. See below for the schedule. All nine parishes, starting this Thursday. Maybe a special prize to whomever joins me most often. And a shout out to the parish that generates the most attendees. (Also, I will send out updates if Mass times or dates change. That happens sometimes. If we get there and there’s no Mass… we can pray a rosary.)

It’s going to be great. I really hope to see you there. And wear school gear! Let them know who we are! Uniform. Jersey. Doesn’t matter.
