Mrs. Schlimm hosted a nutrition and fitness camp last week as part of the 2017 ECCSS Summer Camp Program. “Let’s Get Forever Fit!” focused on helping young people develop a positive image of themselves. Activities included exercises to help build strength and stamina, music, dance, friendly competitions and games, yoga stretches and self-calming meditation. The campers also learned the importance of nutrition and how to make healthy snacks! What a great start to summer vacation!
