Scrip is fundraising while you shop®. This program allows you to purchase gift cards and certificates for everyday expenses like food, clothing, and entertainment while earning a percentage of each dollar of Scrip purchased back in revenue. Scrip is “no-selling” fundraising.
On June 1, 2010, changes were required in the Scrip Program to keep in compliance with current IRS regulations. Scrip purchasers will have multiple options of how to use Scrip rebates. You can use your rebate money as tuition credit, as a donation to the school, and /or as personal income. For example, you could designate 80% as tuition credit and 20% as a donation to the school. These options are listed and explained on the forms below. If you choose to participate, you are required to complete the forms below before you place any orders.
Tuition credit for preschool through grade 12 will be applied at the beginning of the following school year. Only parents of senior students will be credited in January and May. All unused credits will remain with the school.
If someone is purchasing Scrip on your behalf, please inform them that they must apply their orders/credits through your family’s account only. Payment must be received for all orders before they are released for shipment.
Beginning July 1, 2010, it was necessary to have volunteers run 90% of the program whereas school administration and staff may handle only 10%.

Ordering online isn’t the only way to get your weekly Scrip purchases! The Scrip Office has an extensive on-hand inventory consisting of many popular retail and local vendors. See the “Scrip Office Location/Hours” section below for available office hours.

Scrip Office Location/Hours
The Scrip Office has been relocated downstairs in the St. Marys Catholic Elementary School to the current Band Room/old preschool classroom. You may enter using the big parking lot entrance. After entering, turn right and go down the steps, through the double doors, and walk through the cafeteria through the other set of doors. There is handicap accessibility via the elevator if necessary.
New Scrip Office hours are listed below. This schedule is subject to change based on holidays and “No School” days. Click on the links to view the following calendars: September – December, November and December.
Wednesdays 8:30 – 11 a.m., 6 – 6:30 p.m.
Fridays 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Special Vendor Notes
For Suburban orders:
Effective immediately – Suburban Building Center has gone to cards! They have also eliminated the $5,000 limit per year!
Effective immediately, the Scrip Team will no longer be paying your bills. You will order the amount needed in cards and take them out to Suburban just as you do for any other Scrip purchase. Any payments received in the Scrip Office through January 8 WILL be processed.
They are now available for online ordering in denominations of $50, $100, $500 and $1,000.
We are also stocking $50 and $100 denominations on-hand in a limited supply.
